Bio -statistical Analysis Shows Significant Improvement in Many Physical, Physiological & Psychological Parameters

The Brahmvarchas Shodh Sansthan, Haridwar has been conducting scientific experiments since more than a decade to investigate the effects of spiritual practices of Gayatri-Meditation on Physical and Mental well being. In this scientific study, the subjects (Experimental Group) were the trainees of the sadhana programmes/camps of spiritual refinement and personality development organized regularly at Shantikunj, Haridwar. The courses are of one month and three months duration and these are open to people from all walks of the society without any discrimination of caste, religion, gender etc. Here we present the results of rigorous biostatistical analysis of samples of their findings and compare them with those for the Control Group studies.

In Experimental Groups: An improvement in the Clinical and Haemetological parameters indicative of general physical and internal health was observed with high probabilities.
